When I bring it to their attention that no one answers the phone their response is "oh wow thanks." You would think that that person would go tell the manager so they can fix their phone lines and possibly get more customers to place orders so they can make more money. There have been several times where I call to place my order and no one picks up the phone so I end up having to drive there place my order and wait forever to get my order. Nine times out of 10 our order is incorrect. and the staff is super super unfriendly on the phone. Customer service is lacking they need to send them to training on how to deal with customers and how to put smiles on their faces. I really don't know why I keep coming back. Not sure why the disparity but it was definitely noticeable. However, they did not have near as much meat as before.
We had lettuce, tomato, onion, and sour cream but again skipped the jalapenos.
We were somewhat surprised and disappointed as the tacos did not have near the amount of filling as those we received at Celebration last week. We order the ‘Tuesday Special’ (again) which consist of two taco’s a drink and chips. Was told that that promotion was expired however, when I pointed out it was still showing on their display the manager took $5.00 off the order after I purchased the gift card. still advertising the special where you buy a $25.00 gift card and they gave you a $5.00 bonus card so I asked to purchase it. Since we went to a Tijuana Flats in Celebration last week on Tuesday for their special, thought we would do it again this week ().
